We offer a limited 1-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, modification, or accidents.
- Exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or chemicals.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Can I request a custom build?

Yes, a custom build can be requested by reaching out via email at timberandtoneheadphones@gmail.com. Please include details around the build so a price and timeline can be established.

What is the return policy ?

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
- Custom orders may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

How long does it take to prepare a shipment?

Takes about 2-3 business days to prepare the product for shipping. If there is a delay, a notification will be sent out or stated on the product page.
